Build
Solid wood construction.
Platform base. 16 hardwood slats 2 3/4" wide by 3/4" thick, spaced 3" apart, separated by wood spacers. Distance measurement is consistent with most mattress warranty standards. An additional center rail runs head to toe for added support. Metal hardware to secure rails to bed posts.
Lacquer finish.

Wood is a natural living material which responds to its environment, even once it’s been cut, dried and transformed into furniture. Please review and follow our suggested maintenance and care instructions for our hardwood furniture and upholstery below.
We believe in the quality and craftsmanship of our hardwood furniture, which is why we offer a warranty for the lifetime of its original owner. In the event of either a flaw in the construction or a failure of the materials, we will repair or replace the piece at our discretion. (Items discontinued from our product line will be repaired or replaced with a similar item at our discretion). If a problem arises, please contact service@chiltons.com with a description of the problem and photos highlighting the defect, as this will help us best determine the right course of action. Please note, there are some limited exclusions which are set forth in the link below.
Chilton offers nationwide delivery. With our delivery service, your furniture will be carefully blanket wrapped and transported to your home by our delivery team or one of our partners specializing in fine furniture delivery. Your furniture will be carried into your home, assembled if necessary, and placed where you direct. All blankets will be removed from your home.
Delivery is a flat rate charge based on location within the country, and includes an unlimited number of pieces. Delivery times for completed orders can take between two and nine weeks, depending on location and distance from our Maine warehouse.
